  • You earn 15% on the net revenues for your sales.

Each year, more than 3,000 independent appliance repair businesses and 5,000 service technicians receive training and education through the Marcone Servicers Association (MSA).

Founded by Marcone in 1998, MSA is a national trade organization that provides business and technical training designed to enhance its members’ success and profitability. Both virtual and in-person training are available.

Working in partnership with major manufacturers and led by master technicians, MSA aims to be the best and most reliable source of practical information and training on appliance repair and service company operation. Beyond tools and coursework, MSA has created a community where service technicians, business owners and manufacturers learn from one another.
